Established in the year 1997, we, Digital Utilities are counted as one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of a wide range of industrial machines and plants. Incorporated by a group of professionals 13 years back in the era where everyone was still using outdated methods of sugar making, we ventured into the sugar industry by developing film type sulphur burner, under the leadership of the Sugar Technology Mission set up by the Govt. of India to promote technology in the sugar industry. Our range includes Sulphur Burners, FRP Pipes And Fittings, Power From Bio-Gas, Electric Melting Of Sulphur.
We introduced film type sulphur burner in 1998 that resulted in efficient burning of sulphur for manufacturing of sulphur dioxide needed for sulphitation, and thus helped in considerable savings to the mill owners. Soon, its advantages were realized and our film type sulphur burner became a big success in the Indian sugar industry. Due to this, we were awarded National Award for Outstanding Research and Development for the year 2002 by FICCI and DSIR. Over the years, our business has grown leaps & bounds and we command a market share of over 95% for film type sulphur burner in India. Further, we have established a huge network of marketing and after-sales service, which earned us a reliable reputation in the market. In a span of 8 years, we have supplied over 350 units of this equipment all over India and are exporting to our clients based in Uganda, Philippines, Ethiopia and China.
Led under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. Pawan Agarwal, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the national as well as international market. With his sharp business insight and rich acumen, our organization has acquired a large client base in Indian Subcontinent.

We are counted as a distinguished manufacturer, supplier and exporter of a wide range of industrial machines and plants to the sugar and allied industries. Our range includes Film Type Sulphur Burner, Electric Melting Of Sulphur, FRP Pipes and valves, etc. This is achieved by biological scrubbing of H2S from the bio gas produced from bio-methenation of effluents from distillery waste, and effluents from many other industries such as food processing, effluent treatment plants etc. Entire range is designed in compliance with the international quality standards and manufactured using duly tested components that ensure durability and longer functional life.

JV with M/s Biogasclean, Denmark: In the year 2009, our organization entered in a technical collaboration with M/s Biogasclean of Denmark for designing, manufacturing and supplying of biological scrubbing of H2S from bio gas that results in emittance of “clean” bio gas, that can then be used in gas engines for generating (green) power. Introduced for the first time in India, this technology is of great help in generation of clean & green power from bio gas. In order to produce electricity from waste bio gas from fruit preservation industry in Uttrakhand, we are in a process of negotiating an order from Kirloskar Integrated Technology Ltd. Further, various distilleries, chemical and sugar industry and starch unit all over the world are now majorly using this product.
