We are a leading Manufacturer of FRP Diaphragm Valve and diaphragm vaves. As the company which developed the very concept of the Film type sulphur burner in 1997 we have emerged as a renowned manufacturer, supplier and exporter of film type Sulphur Burners and FRP Pipes and fittings for the sugar industry. As a very useful and cost effective adjunct to the Film type Sulphur Burnnr, we also manufacture and export Electric Melting systems, by which we can avaod the use of 7Kg/cm2 steam for the sulphur burner, thus saving considerable amount of money in energy saving. The FRP Pipes and fittings made by Digital Utilities are very popular in applications where corrosion is an issue. Digital Utilities has also tied up with M/s Biogasclean of Denmark for biological scrubbing of biogas so that it can be used for burning in a gas engine for the pproduction of power. Having commissioned 2 such plants for the production of 1.4 MW of power obtained from distillery waste (in NSL Sugars, Koppa, Karnataka) and biogas from STP (in Perungudi in Chennai) we are now embarking on commissioning our third biogas scrubbing system at a food processing plant in Uttranchal.
